Voice for customer-service agents
Give the agent you already run a phone voice.
Voxtua lets callers reach your existing customer-service agent by phone. It answers, holds a natural spoken conversation, asks your agent for everything substantive, and speaks the answers back. Your agent's knowledge, integrations and business rules stay where they are.
Voxtua is in development and opening early access.
- CallerHi, I need to move my delivery to Friday.
- VoxtuaSure, let me check what's open on Friday.
- Your agent repliesAvailable Friday windows: 8–1212–44–8
- VoxtuaFriday I have morning, early afternoon or evening. Which works best?
- CallerEvening, please.
How it works
Voxtua sits between the caller and your agent.
Voxtua's voice agent doesn't try to know your business. For anything substantive it asks your agent, as many times as it needs to, and turns what comes back into natural speech.
-
Caller
Dials your number and speaks naturally.
-
Voxtua
Answers, keeps the conversation going and speaks for the caller.
-
Your agent
Answers with the knowledge and integrations it already has.
No dead air
Agents built for chat take a few seconds per turn. Voxtua acknowledges the caller and fills the wait naturally, so nobody is left listening to silence.
Chat, rendered for the ear
Buttons become a short spoken list, and the caller's choice maps back to the option your agent expects. Links, cards and markup are translated or left out; numbers and spellings are confirmed.
A caller your agent can trust
Voxtua identifies the caller, starting with their phone number, and tells your agent who it is acting for in a form your agent can rely on.
Getting started
Three steps from chat agent to phone line.
Nothing about your agent is rebuilt for voice. Telephony and speech providers are handled by Voxtua.
-
Connect your agent
Point Voxtua at the agent you already run.
-
Talk to it in the browser
Hear how your agent sounds on a call before any caller does.
-
Add a phone number
Callers dial in, and Voxtua answers with your agent behind it.
Who it's for
For organizations whose agent is working everywhere but the phone.
You've chosen an agent platform, loaded it with knowledge and connected it to your systems. Voxtua puts that agent on the phone without a second, voice-only agent to keep in step.
Teams with a custom-built agent
Agents built on frameworks such as LangGraph, Google ADK or the OpenAI Agents SDK rarely come with a voice option. Voxtua connects to them through standard protocols.
Customers of chat-first platforms
If your platform's voice is missing, limited, or tied to telephony you don't use, Voxtua gives the agent you've already tuned a phone line.
Mid-sized businesses
Voice for customer-service agents is mostly sold as part of enterprise contracts. Voxtua is built to be set up by the team that runs the agent.
Agent platforms
If you build an agent platform and your customers ask for voice, we'd like to talk about offering Voxtua to them.
Any agent platform
Backend-neutral by design.
Voxtua works with the agent you have, wherever it runs. Anychat.ai, from our sister company, is the first connector; standard protocols come next, so most agents can connect without custom work.
